That's what they're calling it. That, or Snowmageddon. Although it really doesn't look all that bad when I looked out the window earlier. But trust me. That "snow" you see is ice.

I'm actually one of those weird people that loves a good snowstorm. Blizzard? I say, BRING IT! But ice? And potential power outages? Not so much. Jason still has to work (he just called to say he got there okay. Whew!), so if anything goes wrong in the night, it's all on me. Thank goodness we have 2 gallons of milk, flashlights, batteries, and a fireplace that doesn't require us to have power to work. And family that live down the street.

The kids didn't have school today and it's been cancelled for tomorrow. So we've enjoyed a nice lazy day at home. The news has been on most of the day. I'm always amazed at the news guys that stand out
in the crazy weather to do their reporting, as if
that's really necessary.
